MR: magic ring

sc: single crochet

scFLO: single crochet Front Loops Only

inc: increase

dec: decrease

hdc: half double crochet

incHDC: increase half double crochet

decHDC: decrease half double crochet

ch: chain

slst: slip stich

slstfst: slip stitch on the first stitch from the previous round.

turn: turn the crocheted piece around to begin crocheting in the opposite direction

R1: round 1

Row1: row 1


sc2: single crochet 2 times (1 in each stitch)

[inc, sc]x6 repeat stitches inside '[]' 6 times.

Part 0: Crochet Tips

How to make perfect circular rounds.


Example Instructions:

R2: ch, [inc] x8, slstfst (16)


The ‘ch’ shown below refers to the chain from the start of the round.

[inc] x8 → Once you have made 8 increases, there should be 16 stitches

slstfst → slst into the first stitch of the current round (not the chain), where the red dot is shown.

You have now completed the round
